CLIENT: Anderson Direct Marketing for Anthem
NEEDS: Build a landing page with personalized urls that will capture leads into a database; additionally deliver leads to call center via a web service; provide tool to report on leads; and write scripts that send out emails with attached leads meeting certain criteria.

What we did:

• Designed a database to store leads collected from the form.
• Programmed the site to personalize each page using personalized urls (YourCompany.YourSite.com).
• Programmed the landing page to validate the form and post the leads into the database.
• Programmed a script to send the leads directly into the call center via a web service.
• Managed the database and landing pages hosted at Anderson Direct Marketing.
• Incorporated Google Analytics for tracking web metrics.
• Created a web-based tool for viewing responders segmented by event id, responder name, landing page url, submission date, etc.
• Created scripts that send out emails with files attached of leads meeting certain flagged criteria.

What we did not do:

• Design the landing page (Agency provided artwork)
• Cut up the html (Html programmer provider raw html)
