Web Survey Site

CLIENT: Anderson Direct Marketing
NEEDS: Build a site that allows targeted users to take a detailed IT Survey to receive a free IT report.

What we did:

• Designed the website pages based off of the direct mail creative.
• Designed the database for the application to store user survey responses.
• Programmed pages to pre-fill user data based off of the priority code on mailing.
• Programmed the pages to validate the form and post the survey results into the database.
